What was the highlight of Waterloo Hub Hotel and Suites
Even without a restaurant we enjoyed our stay because of the location.
Loved the close proximity to area attractions and pubs. We were within walking distance to the British Imperial War Museum.
The hotel was advertised as having a restaurant/free breakfast on site, but the restaurant was not operational and therefore no breakfast. We had additional expenses because of this.

The receptionists were lovely. So helpful.
Such a shame there was not a breakfast but looking forward to staying again once the renovations have been completed. X

Payed a low price for sufficient quality and great location to discover London by bus or underground
Nice and helpful staff. Possibility to store your luggage before check-in and check-out. Our room was ready early so it was possible to check in earlier. You can let reception know when your room is ready for housekeeping. Very close to Lambeth North underground. Several eating venues close around, loved to have breakfast at a Gail's Bakery.
Bedbug trap was full with cloth moths. Shower drain was not cleaned out, even after requested at reception. Mattresses could use an update. Depending on how you hold the shower head, you had water pressure or not :s. Hard to block out sunlight with the curtains. Had a towel with a bleached stain in it, what gave a non-clean feeling.
